Russia’s Rosneft to buy 50% in consortium owning 26% in Pirelli
MOSCOW, Mar 17 (PRIME) --Russian oil major Rosneft has signed a preliminary agreement with a consortium comprising Intesa, Unicredit and fund Clessidra to acquire a 50% stake in the company owning a 26.19% interest in Italian tire producer Pirelli, the oil company said in a statement Monday.
The final deal will be signed until June. The price of the deal will stand at 12 euros per share.
